Yes, you must check in with your ID or passport. According to current legislation, all guests must provide identification to our agent so they can send the data to the police. (A driver’s license cannot be accepted unless you are a resident of Spain.)

You will handle the check-out yourself. We only need you to leave everything tidy, with dishes cleaned or in the dishwasher running. Don't forget to take out the trash, turn off the lights and appliances, and keep the fridge plugged in. Leave the keys on the table, please, but do not leave them in the lock. Double-check that you haven't left anything in the apartment before leaving, as you won't be able to re-enter. Once everything is ready and in order, close the door

Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets in our apartments.

You will have direct contact with us regarding availability and bookings, with no intermediaries. This means you will save on extra costs from commissions charged by other channels.

Cleaning is not included in the price shown in the listing. However, once you have your stay planned and are about to make a reservation, the cleaning fee will be added to the price proposal. It costs €65 per reservation.

Yes, you must pay the tourist tax in cash at the time of check-in. The tourist tax is a local and regional tax that you must pay when staying at a tourist accommodation. In Barcelona, depending on the area where your accommodation is located, it can range from €1 to €6.25 per person per night. All guests over the age of 16 must pay, for a maximum of 7 nights.
Another additional payment to consider is the late fee. From 8:00 PM onwards, the check-in incurs an additional cost of €30, payable in cash at the time of check-in.

You will not share any part of the apartment with other guests. All our apartments are rented in full to a single reservation.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation without charge. If you cancel at least 5 days before your arrival, we will refund 100% of the reservation price.

One of our agents will meet you at our apartment, explain everything you need to know, and give you the keys. We will share their contact number a few days before check-in so you can schedule the meeting. When they contact you, you'll know it's us, and you can safely provide your arrival details to arrange access to your apartment.
